Fantasy Color is a color application that usual starts with bleaching the hair color to a lighter shade in order for the new color to be applied. Depending on the final color, bleaching my vary in intensity and duration of time needed to lighten the hair to a desired level. Price is based on shoulder length of hair and shorter processing time. Addition cost may be applied to hair that shows resistance to lightening.
